1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts must contain accurate information; misrepresentation is grounds for suspension.

3. Employers

Employer accounts are subject to manual verification. Job posts are reviewed before publication and must describe genuine vacancies. Posts that contain discriminatory requirements, request payment from candidates or advertise unlawful work will be rejected and may result in account termination.

4. Candidates

You may only apply on your own behalf. Uploaded documents must be yours and must not contain malicious content.

5. Screening

All applications are reviewed by Future Employment Agency before being released to an employer. We may reject an application that does not meet the stated requirements. Screening is not a guarantee of employment.

6. Prohibited use

No scraping, automated bulk applications, reverse engineering, or attempts to access data belonging to other users.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Future Employment Agency is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the service.
