Requirements of Ophthalmologist 1. Should be consultant Ophthalmologist having experience at least 10yrs 2. Retinal subspecialty having at least 5yrs 3. Having capacity to do vitreoretinal surgery 4. Having capacity to do diagnosis retinal medical diseases using 90 D and indirect ophthalmoscope 5. Having capacity to manage all retinal medical diseases using phaco surgery, Argon laser,intravitreal injection and vitreoretinal surgery 6. Good communication with the team work 7. Fluent English language 8. Ability to use computer
